1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using VNTY, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Use of the Platform
VNTY provides a directory and request platform connecting users with event service providers. You agree to use VNTY only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vnty.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Service Requests
VNTY facilitates connections between users and service providers. We are not a party to agreements made between users and providers. All final service agreements, pricing, and terms are between you and the provider directly. VNTY does not guarantee availability, quality, or completion of any service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on VNTY, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of VNTY or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Provider Listings
Service providers listed on VNTY are independent businesses. VNTY curates and verifies providers to maintain quality standards, but does not employ them. Reviews and ratings reflect user experiences and do not constitute endorsements by VNTY.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VNTY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to VNTY in the preceding twelve months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to VNTY, other users, or service providers.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of VNTY after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
